Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI research lab to hire mergers and acquisitions associates with 3+ years of experience at top firms to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.

You will create, evaluate, and polish client-ready decks, focusing on storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, data-driven exhibits, and clear, concise writing. Flexible, remote, 5-20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summary writing, slide structuring, horizontal and vertical logic, data-driven exhibit design, and client-ready deck production
