Job summary

Ethos is a new expert network enabling paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. We are seeking an M&A Director with 6+ years in investment banking to own pitch books and board materials end to end for AI-generated presentations and slide decks.

Work is fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start. Strong PowerPoint craftsmanship and flawless written communication are essential to ensure high-quality decks for live Mandates and investor pitches.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, currently or recently at Director level or above.
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: pitch narrative and structure, board presentation drafting, fairness opinion materials, buyer/target positioning pages, and quality control of analyst-produced decks.
