Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced M&A associate to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks focusing on storyline, executive summaries, slide structure, and data-driven exhibits.

The role requires 3+ years of M&A experience at a top firm and superior PowerPoint skills, with strong written communication and meticulous attention to detail. This is a fully remote, flexible 5–20 hours per week opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience, Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert PowerPoint and written communication with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Develop storyline, executive summaries, slide structure, and data-driven exhibits.
• Produce client-ready decks with crisp messaging and visuals.
