Job summary

Ethos, in collaboration with a leading foundational AI lab, seeks experienced M&A associate directors (3+ years at top firms) to train AI language models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. Responsibilities include creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated decks across storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, and client-ready production.

Compensation is $100/hour with flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (or more) and fully remote work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
