Job summary

Ethos is seeking strategic advisory associates with 3+ years of total M&A experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows such as storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and client-ready production.

This fully remote role offers flexible commitment of 5-20 hours per week (more if desired), ASAP start, and exposure to leading investment teams at top firms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years total M&A experience with time as an Associate at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
