Job summary

A. Lange & Söhne in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Sales professional for an on-site, full-time role in our luxury boutique.

You will drive sales, manage VIP client relationships, and ensure brand standards across the shop floor and viewing events. As a Brand Ambassador, you will maintain the boutique’s appearance per brand guidelines, organize private viewings for VIPs, and collaborate with the Boutique Manager on action plans to achieve personal targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal budgets in accordance with brand retail strategy.
• Maximize profit while controlling costs (discount, general expenses, third party commissions).
• Regularly analyze and question missed confirmed sales with Assistant/Boutique Manager, to further refine future sales projections.
• Organize private viewing with potential VIPs in your region.
• Discuss business opportunities/Action Plans with Assistant/Boutique Manager.
• Act as a reference in terms of building action plans to achieve personal targets.
• Ensure Excellency within and outside of the boutique.
• Ensure maximum client welcoming, handling, and servicing.
• Keep learning about the products and brand and become a reference person for the Maison.
• Demonstrate brand ambassadorial skills with clients, Top VIPs & third parties.
• Responsible for boutique appearance and maintenance per brand guidelines.
• Assist in timely boutique implementation and control of new Visual Merchandising concepts.
• Ensure Service Excellency within the boutique at all times and with any boutique clients.
• Proactively participate in VIP orders and boutique opportunities.
• Build accurate customer relationships and recruit VIPs and prospects.
• Handle client complaints and report product-related issues to management.
• Coordinate repairs and after-sales with Sales Administrators.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly stocktaking and prevent stock discrepancies.
• Ensure proper maintenance of timepieces (straps, polishing, servicing).
• Master credit card transactions and cash handling in line with procedures.
• Report opportunities or incidents to management and share best practices.
