Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve targets across all locations.
• Oversee daily operations of all boutiques and POS locations.
• Champion an exceptional luxury client experience across all markets.
• Lead, coach, and develop boutique managers and retail teams.
• Act as the primary retail contact for the dealer-operated boutique.
• Ensure boutiques reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Collaborate on stock allocation with supply chain and merchandising teams.
• Support planning and execution of boutique events and client activations.
• Prepare retail performance reports and present recommendations.
• Work closely with Commercial team and ensure alignment with retail execution.
