You will build lasting relationships through storytelling, attentive listening, and a genuine passion for luxury, art, and heritage, contributing to an exceptional brand experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury watch industry.
• Experience in managing client relationships in a luxury retail environment and handling complaints effectively.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.
• Initiative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer management skills.

• Deliver superior client experience by ensuring clients feel welcomed, valued, and promptly attended to.
• Enhance brand perception to create and perpetuate desire for the brand among clients.
