Qualifications

• Pleasant appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Height of 170cm or above.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly experience.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
