• 5+ years in business development, luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, premium lifestyle or related relationship-driven field.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Strong networking and executive presence within UAE luxury ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop your own portfolio of luxury travel clients.
• Identify and convert new opportunities through networking, referrals, events and relationships.
• Develop long-term client relationships to grow repeat business and referrals.
• Forge partnerships with luxury hotels, resorts, private aviation, yachts, concierge firms and premium lifestyle brands.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to conversion and relationship management.
• Collaborate with travel team to tailor personalized, bespoke experiences.
• Represent the brand at luxury travel and networking events.
• Own your pipeline, client portfolio and revenue targets.
