Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group seeks a Private Travel Manager in Dubai to curate ultra-luxury journeys for high-net-worth members. You will design bespoke itineraries, nurture member relationships, and leverage exclusive access to properties, dining, and events worldwide.

You will collaborate with destination specialists, concierge teams, and partners to ensure flawless execution, staying ahead of luxury trends and expanding DMC partnerships.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Arabic and English for professional client engagement.
• Experience managing ultra-luxury travel arrangements for high-net-worth clients.
• Deep knowledge of the luxury travel market and exclusive networks.
• Strong interpersonal and client-care skills.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes with composure.

Responsibilities

• Curate Luxury Itineraries for high-net-worth individuals based on preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with private members and family offices.
• Acquire clients through networking and promotion of luxury services.
• Create, attend, and host events to showcase offerings.
• Collaborate with product/content teams and concierge services to ensure seamless travel plans.
• Stay informed on luxury travel trends and expand DMC partnerships.
• Leverage DMC relationships to ensure premium on-ground service.
