Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Assistant Manager - Transportation Services to lead the Limousine Services team and ensure seamless guest transportation experiences with Forbes Five-Star standards. The role requires 3–5 years in hotel transportation with supervisory responsibilities, a valid license, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with luxury service is essential; the position supports budgeting and cost control within a premium

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest handling.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic laws.
• Prior experience with Forbes Travel Guide standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling and dispatching of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and events.
• Ensure transportation services are delivered punctually and professionally.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
• Lead and manage chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
• Conduct regular training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams for transportation arrangements.
• Liaise with external transportation providers and rental companies as needed.
