Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Transportation Shuttle to lead the resort’s luxury fleet maintenance program and drive service excellence for high‑value vehicles in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

The role requires 7+ years in premium fleet maintenance, strong leadership, budgeting, and diagnostic expertise, with a proven track record with European luxury brands and OEM systems, ensuring top guest‑facing asset readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering (preferred).
7+ years experience managing premium or luxury fleet maintenance in hospitality or VIP transport.
Proven experience with European luxury brands and advanced diagnostic systems.
Strong knowledge of UAE licensing and insurance regulations and RTA/RAKTA requirements.
Experience managing third‑party service contracts and vendor performance.
Expert knowledge of luxury vehicles, OEM maintenance practices, and diagnostics.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Budgeting, cost optimization, and analytical reporting capability.
Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, guest‑oriented environments.
English proficiency; Arabic is desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance program for luxury vehicles.
Maintain fleet availability through structured maintenance scheduling and minimizing VOR rates and downtime.
Establish KPIs to measure maintenance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Lead daily operations of internal and external workshops, ensuring OEM standards.
Supervise technicians, inspectors, and workshop staff, ensuring flawless service delivery.
Validate all technical diagnoses for high-value vehicles.
Serve as liaison with OEM service centers, parts suppliers, and repair facilities.
Negotiate SLAs, parts pricing, warranties, and recall processes.
Ensure all externally worked meets Wynn-quality standards.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and post-maintenance quality checks.
Ensure UAE regulatory compliance and safety protocols.
Maintain meticulous maintenance records and budgets.
Develop and manage the annual fleet maintenance budget.
