Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a Manager - Transportation Services to lead the Limousine Services team and oversee daily transportation operations for luxury guests. You will schedule, dispatch, and plan routes while maintaining Forbes Five Star standards.

You will recruit and mentor chauffeurs, manage fleet maintenance, budgets, and safety programs, ensuring seamless VIP experiences and collaboration with Concierge and Front Office teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in hotel or luxury transportation services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, guest service standards, and transportation logistics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily limousine and transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Ensure all services meet luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager - Transportation Services to join the resort’s Limousine Services team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Manage daily limousine and transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Ensure all services meet luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs and transportation staff.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in hotel or luxury transportation services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, guest service standards, and transportation logistics.
• Valid driver’s license and understanding of local traffic regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
