Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager - Transportation Services to lead the resort’s Limousine Services team on Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role focuses on directing daily limousine operations, ensuring Forbes Five Star guest experiences, and maintaining a flawless fleet and safety record.

You will recruit and develop chauffeurs while coordinating with Concierge, Front Office, and Events to meet VIP requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality or related field.
• 5–7 years in hotel or luxury transportation.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Valid driver’s license and knowledge of local traffic regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily limousine and transportation operations: scheduling, dispatch, and route planning.
• Ensure luxury guest service standards and safety.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs and staff.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams.
• Monitor budgets and expenses; maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and hotel policies.
• Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain insurance documentation and regulatory records.
