YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As Team Manager you will report directly to the Store Director You will lead and support your team of Client Advisors ensuring the achievement of sales targets and fostering a culture of excellence in client experience and service You will effectively communicate the Maison s goals vision and strategies motivating your team through exemplary leadership and a deep understanding of CELINE s heritage In collaboration with the Deputy Store Director and other departments you will proactively seek opportunities to drive sales enhance client relationships and optimize team performance You will also play a key role in the development and management of your team embodying the Maison s culture and values at every step

Experience

Retail experience required +3 years of experience in management within luxury/fashion business
