Job summary

Raffles Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a Director of Wellness Operations to lead spa, fitness and wellness across the brand portfolio, delivering elevated guest experiences through strong, commercially sustainable operations.

Based in Dubai, you will collaborate with regional teams, support pre-openings, renovations and new openings, and drive staffing, training, menus, systems and standards across the estate.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in luxury hotel spa and wellness operations.
• Experience supporting multiple hotels, pre-openings or renovation projects.
• Strong commercial understanding of spa and wellness performance.
• Experience implementing operational standards, training and service concepts.
• International luxury hospitality experience desirable.
• Degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational performance and ongoing development of spa, fitness and wellness across Raffles & Fairmont hotels.
• Ensure wellness visions, standards and guest experiences are implemented across the portfolio.
• Review commercial and operational performance, including revenue, productivity, payroll and KPIs.
• Support pre-openings from planning through launch, including operating models, staffing, menus and systems.
• Support renovations and repositioning projects to ensure concepts are practical and sustainable.
• Conduct operational reviews and property visits, identifying priorities and actions for hotel teams.
• Develop and implement treatment menus, wellness programmes, fitness experiences and retail strategies.
• Establish effective staffing structures and operating routines.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and development of spa and wellness leaders.
• Implement brand standards, SOPs and training tools across the portfolio.
• Share best practices and opportunities across Raffles & Fairmont wellness.
• Collaborate with regional operations and pre-opening teams to integrate wellness into hotel operations.
