• Review therapist schedules, room utilization, and staff productivity to maximize yield.
• Monitor competitor knowledge and market positioning to inform decisions.
• Analyze market trends and global wellness developments to adapt strategies.
• Manage monthly inventory checks and procurement to optimize costs.
• Ensure QA standards and audits are followed across all spa areas.
• Foster relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Provide expert guidance on spa treatments and services.
• Cover additional duties as needed by management.
