Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in international luxury hospitality, ideally in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a Related Field.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Proven ability to manage guest relationships professionally.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and escort guests throughout the spa and promote services and packages.
• Manage bookings, upsell treatments and retail products, maintain knowledge of services and promotions.
• Handle billing, promote packages and encourage repeat visits through tailored recommendations.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer suitable services to elevate satisfaction and wellbeing.
• Address guest dissatisfaction promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
• Ensure spaces are clean, stocked, and aligned with SOPs.
