Qualifications

• Recognized professional therapy qualification with strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness techniques, hygiene standards, and product usage.
• Technical competency in following treatment protocols, maintaining hygiene and safety compliance, and using basic Microsoft Office tools for documentation.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills, with the ability to personalize treatments, handle concerns professionally, and maintain a calm, empathetic approach.
• Behavioral strengths including attention to detail, teamwork, professionalism in grooming and conduct, and the ability to adapt to changing guest and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality spa treatments by recommending appropriate therapies, applying full product knowledge, and following all professional and certification standards.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to ensure they are fully equipped, clean, hygienic, and compliant with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Review guest consultation forms (wellness history, allergies, preferences) in advance to personalize treatments and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, replenish spa inventory, and respond professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Uphold excellent personal grooming, confidentiality, and adherence to all departmental policies, health and safety procedures, and Jumeirah service standards.
