Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a dedicated Spa Receptionist to deliver a warm, seamless welcome for guests at the Spa. You will coordinate appointments, assist with treatments, and ensure guest requests are met with professionalism and discretion.

As a key Banyan Tree brand ambassador, you will maintain a luxurious reception environment, handle inquiries across channels, process payments, and support daily spa operations with attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments, wellness services, and luxury guest expectations.
• Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and create a personalised first impression.
• Manage Spa reservations, appointments, cancellations and changes.
• Provide information on treatments, pricing, packages, and availability.
• Coordinate with Therapists to ensure smooth schedules and guest flow.
• Handle guest enquiries and assist with completing consultation forms.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
