The role requires professional spa qualifications, proficiency in massage techniques, and a guest-centric approach. Fluency in English is preferred, with other languages considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments and spa therapies.
• Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, and wellness therapies.
• Conduct professional consultations before treatments to understand guest preferences and health considerations.
• Perform specialised treatments such as aromatherapy, hot stone therapy, reflexology and signature spa experiences.
• Ensure treatments are delivered safely, professionally, and in line with Banyan Tree Spa standards.
• Create a warm, relaxing, and personalised experience for every guest throughout their spa journey.
