Job summary

Banyan Tree Dubai is seeking a Spa Receptionist to create a warm, seamless welcome for guests at the spa. You will manage appointments, assist with treatments and wellness experiences, and support reception with payments and records.

You will be the brand ambassador, coordinating with therapists and front office to ensure a luxurious guest journey from enquiry to departure. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous spa receptionist/front desk/guest relations experience in luxury hotels preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and luxury guest expectations.
• Experience with reservations systems and payment procedures.
• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Warm, welcoming and professional personality.

Responsibilities
