Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Lead Aesthetician - Spa Operations to lead the resort’s spa team and uphold Forbes Five Star standards.

You will perform advanced aesthetic treatments, mentor staff, manage product knowledge, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate with management on promotions and retail. A proven luxury spa background and leadership are essential, with flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician with advanced skincare certifications.
• 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, skin therapies, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Ensure personalized, professional, and result-driven guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of skincare products and recommend appropriate homecare regimens.
• Supervise and mentor aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular training sessions on new techniques, products, and guest service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of aesthetics staff.
• Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies, coordinating with purchasing as needed.
• Drive retail sales through product recommendations and team coaching.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement service promotions and packages.
• Track and report on service and retail performance metrics.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position
