Ideal candidates hold a licensed aesthetician credential with advanced skincare certifications and 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa, capable of driving guest satisfaction and team performance. UAE-based, on-site role.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Lead Aesthetician – Spa Operations to join the resort’s Spa Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including facials, skin therapies, waxing, and other beauty services.
• Ensure personalized, professional, and result-driven guest experiences.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of skincare products and recommend appropriate homecare regimens.
• Supervise and mentor aestheticians, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct regular training sessions on new techniques, products, and guest service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of aesthetic staff.
• Monitor treatment room readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and supplies, coordinating with purchasing as needed.
• Drive retail sales through product recommendations and team coaching.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop and implement service promotions and packages.
• Track and report on service and retail performance metrics.

About You

• Licensed Aesthetician with advanced certifications in skincare and beauty treatments.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of skincare brands, ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and inspire a team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
