Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE seeks an experienced Aesthetician to join its luxury Spa Operations team. The role focuses on delivering high-end facial and body treatments in a Forbes Five Star environment.

You will conduct skin analyses, maintain pristine treatment rooms, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upselling skincare products and supporting events. Multilingual candidates with spa brand experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in aesthetics or cosmetology.
• Valid professional license as per local regulations.
• 1–2 years of spa, salon, or wellness center experience.
• Strong skincare knowledge and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing and other skincare services.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About the Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Aesthetician - Spa Operations to join the resort’s Spa Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other skincare services.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with the Spa team to support daily operations and special events.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

About You

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license (as per local regulations).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with luxury spa brands or five-star hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of holistic and wellness treatments.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
