Responsibilities

• Approach responsibilities with discipline and focus on delivering meaningful output.
• Prepare curated Mise-en-Place for each Beverage Service.
• Supervise Beverage Service with attention to detail to ensure a First-in-Class experience.
• Collaborate with Culinary Team to craft food and wine pairings for updates.
• Maintain an industry-leading wine list and stay current with wine trends.
