Job summary

The Arts Club Dubai is looking for an experienced Sommelier Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The role involves supervising daily wine service operations, guiding the sommelier team, and ensuring that the wine experience for our members and guests upholds our standards of excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant, possess an internationally recognized professional certification, and demonstrate strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant.
• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support with managing and leading wine sales and revenue for the restaurant.
• Control and manage stock, wine orders, and listings.
• Ensure the wine list is up to date with correct vintages.
• Monitor and manage all glassware to ensure stock is maintained.
• Assist with keeping operating costs to a minimum.
