Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Junior Sommelier to support our wine program, assist with service, and guide guests in wine selections. You will maintain the wine cellar, manage inventory, and help train servers on wine knowledge, while contributing to daily restaurant operations.

A minimum of 2 years in a 5-star hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant with strong wine knowledge is required; English fluency is essential.

• Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant with strong wine knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in wine service and guest pairing based on preferences.
• Maintain wine cellar and inventory accuracy (FIFO, labeling).
• Assist Head Sommelier with updating the wine list and wine program.
• Train servers on basic wine knowledge and service etiquette.
• Support restaurant operations during peak service times and special events.
