Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Maintenance Manager - Transportation Shuttle to lead the premium fleet's preventive and predictive maintenance. You will drive OEM-aligned service, supervise technicians, and implement KPI-driven performance and cost controls.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, vendor management, and a solid understanding of UAE regulations, with English fluency and Arabic as a plus, in a high-profile hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering or mechanical/related field (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience managing premium or luxury fleet maintenance.
• Proven experience with European luxury brands and advanced diagnostic systems.
• Strong understanding of UAE licensing, insurance, and RTA/RAKTA requirements.
• Experience managing third-party service contracts and vendor performance.
• Expert knowledge of luxury vehicles, OEM maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance program for luxury vehicles.
• Lead daily operations of internal and external workshops, ensuring adherence to OEM standards.
• Supervise technicians, inspectors, and workshop coordinators, ensuring flawless service delivery.
• Establish KPIs to measure maintenance performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as primary liaison with OEM service centers, parts suppliers, and repair facilities.
• Negotiate SLAs, parts pricing, warranties, and recall processes.
