Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years luxury hospitality experience with at least 3 years in Rooms senior leadership.
- Proven track record in Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star hotels or resorts.
- Strong leadership, budget management, and guest experience focus.
- Experience in UAE luxury hospitality market is mandatory.
- Native European language speaker with fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Front Office and Guest Services.
- Drive Forbes Five-Star service standards across all guest touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless VIP arrival, stay, and departure experiences for VIP guests.
- Lead Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, Butler, and Club Lounge teams.
- Collaborate with Revenue, Sales & Marketing to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Manage departmental budgets, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain brand standards and Forbes requirements.
