Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a seasoned Restaurant & Food & Beverage leader to supervise daily operations across dining venues and room service where applicable. You will assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak periods to ensure guest satisfaction and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 4 years in food & beverage, culinary, or related area; or
2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Admin, or related major with 2 years in F&B

Responsibilities

Managing Day-to-Day Operations: supervises and manages employees; maintains service and sanitation standards.
Leading Food and Beverage Team: leads, coaches, mentors staff; ensures productivity and compliance with policies and laws.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service: delivers service above expectations and resolves guest concerns.
Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities: provides guidance, sets performance standards, trains staff.
Additional Responsibilities: analyzes information to solve problems; supports floor operations during peak periods.
