Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant, bar/lounge and room service activities. You will drive guest satisfaction, supervise staff and ensure top-tier service.

Key responsibilities include training, scheduling, sanitation and compliance with all policies and local laws while maintaining financial objectives and guest relations excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related area.
• OR
• 2-year degree in Hospitality or Restaurant Management; 2 years experience in food & beverage, culinary, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and manages employees; handles day-to-day operations.
• Maintains sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas.
• Reviews staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives.
• Leads the Food and Beverage team; coaches and mentors staff.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and sanitation standards.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Oversees service delivery from entry to departure; addresses guest feedback.
