Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island seeks a seasoned Events Sales Manager to drive luxury restaurant events and group dining initiatives. You will collaborate with restaurant leadership to program menus, wine pairings, and premium experiences that align with Wynn’s brand and guest expectations.

Lead the events pipeline, manage contracts and payments, and ensure operational efficiency, safety, and exceptional guest service for VIPs and high-profile groups.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or a closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the restaurant events and group dining strategy to maximize revenue and margin.
• Grow events sales pipeline with proactive prospecting and customized proposals.
• Maintain private dining room products, capacity charts, floor plans, and buyout playbooks.
• Oversee proposal, contract, deposit, and payment processes; coordinate with Legal/Finance on terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with GM/culinary/beverage/AV/security/marketing to deliver on-brand experiences.
• Develop group menus, wine/spirits pairings, and premium experiences with the Director’s guidance.
• Maintain Forbes 5-Star and Wynn luxury service standards across guest touchpoints.
