Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is seeking a Coordinator to join our Restaurant Events team. You will manage correspondence, support the Director, and coordinate day-to-day event administration.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in luxury hospitality, a degree in Hospitality Management, strong CRM and BEO experience, and superb communication. This role offers a competitive AED salary and exposure to private dining and buyouts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant events, group dining operations, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
• Proven ability to support event sales and operational coordination, including private dining bookings and restaurant event execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone enquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Provide administrative support to the Restaurant Events Department/ Director, including document preparation, reporting, and general departmental coordination.
• Coordinate day-to-day event administration, including handling enquiries, scheduling site inspections, organizing menu tastings, preparing proposals, BEO’s and distributing BEOs.
• Maintain accurate records of private dining offerings, including capacity charts, floor plans, and buyout guidelines.
• Support event execution by liaising with operational teams, monitoring service flow, and ensuring guest requirements are communicated clearly.
• Escalate operational issues, complex guest requests, or service concerns to the appropriate senior team member in a timely manner.
• Prepare and update monthly reports and track key administrative and operational data for management review.
• Coordinate calendars, meeting schedules, and appointments for the Director of Restaurant Events.
