Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Coordinator for the Restaurant Events team. The role focuses on efficient administrative support, coordination of private dining and event logistics, and ensuring immaculate guest experiences in a luxury setting.

The candidate should have a hospitality/events management background, strong communication, and an eye for detail to manage multiple events and deadlines with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Events Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant events or luxury hospitality.
• Experience in supporting event sales and coordination for private dining or buyouts.
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards and luxury guest service expectations.
• Knowledge of CRM and reservation systems; working with BEOs.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming correspondence and provide timely, professional responses.
• Provide admin support to the Restaurant Events Department/Director with documents, reporting and coordination.
• Coordinate day-to-day event administration: enquiries, site inspections, tastings, proposals, BEOs, and distribution.
• Maintain records of private dining offerings, capacity charts, floor plans, and buyout guidelines.
• Support event execution by liaising with operations, monitoring service flow, and communicating guest needs.
• Escalate issues to senior staff as needed and within timelines.
• Prepare and update monthly reports and track key data for management review.
• Coordinate calendars and appointments for the Director of Restaurant Events.
