Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Lifeguard Supervisor – Pool Services to lead a team of lifeguards across resort pools and beaches in Ras Al Khaimah. The role emphasizes safety leadership, guest-focused service, and meticulous supervision of lifeguard performance.

The ideal candidate will hold lifeguard and emergency certification, possess supervisory experience, and demonstrate calm, professional guest interactions in a luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid lifeguard certification required.
• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required.
• Open-water/beach lifeguard or related safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily performance of Lifeguards across assigned aquatic areas.
• Assign zones, posts, rotations, and breaks based on safety and business needs.
• Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and coordinate with other departments.
• Coach and develop Lifeguards through observation and feedback.
• Lead onboarding, training, drills, and certification tracking.
• Escalate incidents and risks to Aquatics Manager as needed.
• Maintain rescue equipment readiness and ensure safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with Forbes Five-Star service standards.
