Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Aquatics Training Supervisor – Pool Services to lead the lifeguard team across pool, beach, and waterfront areas at our Forbes Five‑Star resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

The role requires lifeguard certification, supervisory experience, and the ability to deliver training and safety programs aligned with luxury guest expectations. Strong communication and emergency response skills are essential for maintaining exemplary service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Lifeguard certification required (e.g., ILS, RLSS, Ellis & Associates).
• Lifeguard Instructor/Trainer certification and First Aid/ CPR / AED Instructor certification required or strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years lifeguarding experience, with supervisory/senior lifeguard or trainer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lifeguard team across pool, beach, and waterfront areas.
• Assign positions, zones, rotations, and break coverage based on business needs.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings on priorities, VIP arrivals, weather, occupancy and safety.
