Job summary

WHR Service (Exec Search) is seeking a Front Desk Representative for a 5-star resort in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. You will welcome guests, handle check-in/out, and provide prompt, courteous service while maintaining accurate billing and hotel information.

Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is preferred, and familiarity with Opera is advantageous. The role includes accommodation, transportation, and visa support, with a standard monthly salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Arabic or Russian language abilities are preferred.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in to check-out with accurate postings of charges using Front Office systems.
• Provide prompt, polite and reliable service to guests to achieve high satisfaction.
• Assist guests with hotel activities and inquiries; maintain knowledge of hotel information.
• Keep updated on hours, promotions, events, attractions and respond to guest queries.
• Welcome guests by name when possible and escort to their rooms; ensure privacy.
• Handle Front Office cashiering and adhere to policies and procedures.
