Client of Reap HR is urgently seeking 2 female Arabic Receptionists for a prestigious luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The role focuses on front-desk duties, guest services, and ensuring impeccable presentation and hospitality standards expected in a luxury environment.

The successful candidates will speak Arabic with strong English communication skills, provide professional guest assistance, and coordinate with hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.

Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking mandatory.
• Female candidates only.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience as Receptionist/Front Desk/Guest Service preferred.
• Hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer and front-office system knowledge.
• Ability to communicate confidently with guests.
• Flexible to work shifts according to hotel requirements.
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage front-desk enquiries, calls, and guest requests
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures when required
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services
• Coordinate guest requests with relevant hotel departments
• Maintain accurate reception records and documentation
• Handle guest concerns professionally and Escalate issues when necessary
