Job summary

Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking a Duty Manager for our Front Office team. The role involves supervising guest services, coordinating with departments and ensuring smooth daily operations within a luxury setting.

We welcome candidates with experience in luxury hotels, strong leadership, and fluency in German, Mandarin or Russian. Knowledge of Opera PMS and HotSOS is beneficial, with opportunities to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Multilingual capability in German, Mandarin or Russian is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, Opera PMS and HotSOS.
• Experience in luxury hotel Front Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Front Office operations and guest services.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales and butlers on Front Office matters.
• Maintain reservation procedures and same-day arrivals.
• Check arrivals folios and guest accounts for accuracy and billing integrity.
• Promote in-house facilities to maximise hotel revenues.
• Ensure compliance with hotel Emergency Procedures.
