Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a Female Hospitality Supervisor to join a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu Dhabi. You will lead a team of hospitality staff and ensure the highest standards of service for all guests and dignitaries visiting the palace.

The ideal candidate has a strong luxury hospitality background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in supervision. You will manage front-of-house operations during events, coordinate with departments, and maintain impeccable guest

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in luxury hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hospitality team, ensuring royal protocols and high service standards.
• Train, mentor and motivate staff to deliver consistent service to all guests.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service and coordination across the palace.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain impeccably cleaned and organized hospitality areas for a premium guest experience.
• Assist with planning and executing special events within the palace.
• Monitor inventory and manage supplies for uninterrupted hospitality needs.
• Oversee front-of-house activities and events during service times.
• Host and supervise guest services and housekeeping across internal and external events.
