Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservation Agent to process requests, ensure accurate allocations and maximize revenue. You will manage reservations via phone, fax or mail, handle amendments and cancellations, and explain rate policies while delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires solid knowledge of reservation systems (Opera/CRS), strong English communication, and a track record in upselling. UAE experience is a plus; hotel background in a luxury property is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years hotel reservations experience; 5-star luxury preferred.
• Familiar with Opera PMS/Opera Cloud, SynXis or CRS.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to handle reservations, amendments, cancellations and special requests.
• Strong upselling skills to maximize room revenue and promote services.
• Knowledge of room categories, rates, packages and revenue principles.
• Experience with OTA, travel agents, corporate and direct bookings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Input and access data in the reservation system; escalate issues as needed.
