Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal is seeking a Reservations Agent to process all reservation requests by phone, fax or mail, confirm room type availability, and communicate rates and policies with guests. You will input data into the reservation system, handle special requests, and escalate guest concerns per policy, while upholding the Gold Standards and providing gracious service each day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• No related work experience required.
• Strong communication and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, determine room type, and verify availability and rates.
• Explain guarantees, policies, and special rate types to callers.
• Input accurate data into the reservation system and document special requests.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality.
