Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking a Reservations & Service Center Agent to be at the heart of the guest experience. You will handle accommodation reservations, service requests, restaurant bookings, and guest inquiries with professionalism and a service-first mindset.

Work across departments to anticipate guest preferences, ensure accurate records, and contribute to the hotel’s commercial success through thoughtful service and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service in luxury hospitality, reservations, front office, or customer contact center environments.
• Confident communicator who builds rapport with guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercially minded with a focus on enhancing guest experience while maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service across phone, email, and digital channels for reservations, inquiries, and service requests.
• Manage room reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests with accuracy.
• Upsell opportunities and apply revenue management principles to maximize hotel revenue.
• Coordinate guest preferences and arrival arrangements with relevant departments to create memorable experiences.
• Handle restaurant reservations and guest inquiries, ensuring seamless communication with dining outlets.
• Process in-house guest requests through hotel systems and ensure timely completion and satisfaction.
