Input data into the reservation system, accommodate special requests, and follow procedures to protect guest privacy while supporting team revenue goals and Ritz-Carlton service standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
• Verify availability of room type and rate; explain guarantees and cancellation policies.
• Input and access data in reservation system; document special requests.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and protect privacy.
