Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard and monitor lines; transfer callers and provide directions or information.
• Log guest requests, incidents and comments into the computer system for tracking.
• Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, motivating and coaching employees.
