Oraya Developers in Dubai, UAE is seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead the sales effort for Wyndham Residences Marjan Beach and build a high-performing team. You will drive off-plan sales, manage brokers, and shape channel partnerships across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, and overseas markets.

The role requires a strong track record in UAE luxury real estate, leadership in sales, and a strategic mindset focused on revenue, pricing discipline, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UAE real estate sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Network with UAE real estate brokers and channel partners.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah markets.
• Experience leading a sales team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• CRM, sales pipeline and performance reporting proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Professional presence to represent a luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales function for Wyndham Residences Marjan Beach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies with KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end off-plan sales process.
• Build broker/channel partnerships across key markets.
• Oversee lead management, CRM, and conversion optimization.
• Monitor market activity and adjust strategy.
