Job summary

INVESPY is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead our real estate sales team focusing on luxury properties and off-plan projects in Dubai. You will build a network of channel partners, onboard developers, and drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to close.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate sales, deep UAE market knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams, exceed targets, and engage high-net-worth clients with professionalism and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, particularly off-plan and luxury segments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and exceed sales targets.
• Energetic, assertive, and a strong presence in client engagements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a network of channel partners or Real Estate Companies to empanel with Invespy.
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
• Prospect for potential customers using direct methods and networking to clients within the assigned territory.
• Draft and deliver proposals.
• Report on sales activity (Daily Report) and keep notes on interactions for follow-up.
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand.
