Job summary

Amali Properties, a luxury real estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design activities from concept through construction documentation for ultra-luxury projects. You will coordinate between architects, interior designers, engineers and consultants, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project briefs and quality standards.

The role requires 8–10 years of design management experience in real estate, preferably with high-rise or mixed-use developments, plus a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or Design Management.
8–10 years of design management experience in real estate luxury developments in the UAE.
PMP certification preferred; strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Manage design activities across multiple projects from concept design through construction documentation.
Track design deliverables, milestones and approvals to ensure adherence to programmes.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, landscape consultants, engineers and specialists to maintain design integrity.
Facilitate design workshops and coordination meetings; review submissions for completeness and quality.
Support the Senior Director - Design in driving project progress and resolving issues impacting programme or quality.
Build effective working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders.
